The Uniform Shop at Xavier Catholic College stocks all required uniform items and accessories. It is located on the College campus and is open four days a week.

Order Forms and Payment Remittance Slips can be downloaded below or collected from reception. Your order will be prepared, packed and sent home with your child or held for your collection. Full payment must be submitted at the time of ordering.

Uniform Orders
The College Uniform
The Xavier College Uniform Committee has been convened on a number of occasions to make recommendations on uniform to the College Community. Agreed criteria for the design of the uniform are as follows:
- College colours (Navy, White, Green and Gold)
- Uniform to be cost effective (affordable and good value)
- Require minimum of care
- Have a modern design and durable construction
- Portray a positive image to the community
- Be multi-functional where possible
- Uniform to be congruent with Xavier Catholic College Policy
- Students to move from sport to class activities without the need for uniform changes
- Ability for students to be actively engaged in all activities - this includes both boys and girls
- Need to meet sun safe practices
Second Hand Uniforms
The Uniform Shop sells second hand uniforms on behalf of parents. A commission fee of 25% will be charged on all items sold. If you would like us to sell your old Uniforms please note the following: - Only uniforms in good order and condition will be accepted for resale.
- Any uniforms that are torn, stained or overly faded will either be returned or destroyed.
- Uniforms sent in for resale must have a fully completed 2nd Hand Uniform Sale Slip attached. Please print out the form below, complete with all details.
- Preferred payment is by credit to your uniform shop account.
- If you require payment by cheque, this will be processed once every six months in April and October.
